Emulex OneCommand Manager Plug-in for VMware vCenter™ Server Enables Simplified Virtualization Management

COSTA MESA, Calif., January 17, 2013 – Emulex Corporation (NYSE:ELX) today announced that it supports the new VMware vSphere® 5.1 Web Client with its Emulex OneCommand® Manager plug-in for VMware vCenter™ Server, a software plug-in that integrates real-time lifecycle management of adapters provided by Emulex into the VMware vCenter™ Server console, centralizing and simplifying virtualization management. Emulex OneCommand Manager delivers flexibility, ease of use, and time and operational expenditure (OPEX) savings for data centers that are faced with a proliferation of complex virtualization and cloud-based technologies.
