Cerner has embraced the open office for more than a decade but wanted to push the idea to its limits in the eight-story twin office towers that make up the Continuous Campus. Designers said the campus was built to limit mental and physical barriers between workers and leaders, and feature a set-up that can change rapidly with the industry.
