Founded in 2001, Omaha-based Proxibid is an online marketplace for buying and selling high-value and specialized assets from a variety of inventory classes, such as heavy equipment, commercial and industrial machinery and real estate. While selling plenty of bulldozers, earthmovers, and backhoes, the company also deals in vintage and collector cars, rare antiques and exotic collectibles to name but a few categories.
