Oracle to Enable Transformation of BT People Management Systems

Major telecoms provider invests in Oracle HCM Cloud suite to benefit approx. 90,000 global employees

Oracle has today announced it has been awarded a multi-million pound contract by BT to help transform HR and people management systems across the telecoms companies’ business.

Oracle will deliver a suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) software providing BT with the infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth agenda and help deliver its business strategy. BT will adopt Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud on a global scale, benefitting over 87,900 employees across the globe.
