Distributech deploys end-to-end integrated IT infrastructure from Dell | Dell

Dell Canada announced that Distributech, a leader in providing outsourced customer communications solutions to many of Canada’s leading brands, and its investor-communications solutions firm, subsidiary InvestorCOM, have worked with Dell to design and build a new end-to-end integrated IT infrastructure to facilitate the company’s transformation to a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.

The new virtualized solution, housed at Distributech and InvestorCOM’s two data centres in Toronto and Markham, Ontario, replaces legacy systems that were hampering the firm’s growth potential. Built using seamless integration between 11 of Dell’s product platforms, including servers, laptops, storage, networking, firewalls and backup, the new Dell infrastructure is now capable of handling the millions of daily online data transactions sent and received on Distributech’s SaaS platforms (DOX, Investor POS) and internal processing systems.
