TriQuint Researcher Honored by IEEE
February 14, 2013
TriQuint Design Engineering Fellow Charles (Chuck) Campbell has been named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S). He was recognized for contributions to the development of microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits. Chuck is a member of TriQuint's Infrastructure & Defense Products (IDP) Research Group; he joined the company in 1998. He has held positions as a design team leader, design engineering director and is now a design engineering fellow. He is also TriQuint's ambassador to UC-Boulder. Chuck focuses on advancing compact, high-power MMIC design and device modeling. He has been active in the IEEE throughout his career, serving on technical program committees, editorial boards and delivering presentations. He has authored numerous technical papers on GaAs and GaN technologies. Congratulations to Dr. Campbell for this prestigious accomplishment.
