On April 26, 2014, Microsoft published an advisory for a critical vulnerability in Internet Explorer (CVE-2014-1776) that would allow attackers to perform remote code execution. This zero-day vulnerability affects Internet Explorer 6 through 11, but is targeted mostly toward IE 9 through 11.
