If you used a credit card to pay for services or products at The UPS Store this year, your private information may have been hacked.
In a statement issued this week, The UPS Store Inc. says that 51 of its franchise locations across the country were victims of a malware attack. Customers at those 51 locations between Jan. 20 and Aug. 11 may have had their personal data exposed. Most of the malware attacks occurred after March 26. UPS says it has eliminated the threat and that all transactions after Aug. 11 are safe from the malware intrusion.
