Science & Technology Facilities Council Selects Mellanox's Ethernet Solutions to Further Atmospheric Science and Research (NASDAQ:MLNX)

SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced that the Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC) has selected Mellanox's Ethernet technology for the upgrade and expansion of its JASMIN super-data-cluster. STFC is one of Europe's largest multidisciplinary research organizations and hosts the JASMIN system which is used to further research in the atmospheric science and earth observation communities.
