Mellanox Technologies Appoints Alinka Flaminia as Senior Vice President and General Counsel (NASDAQ:MLNX)

SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mellanox^® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced the appointment of Alinka Flaminia as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel assuming responsibility for the Company's global legal affairs, public policy interests and compliance operations. She will report directly to Eyal Waldman, President and CEO of Mellanox Technologies, as a member of the Company's executive staff. It is also anticipated that Ms. Flaminia will serve as the Company's Corporate Secretary. In addition, Gideon Rosenberg, Vice President of Legal Affairs, has been promoted to Deputy General Counsel and VP of Legal Affairs.
