KLA-Tencor Declares Regular Cash Dividend For The Fourth Quarter Of Fiscal Year 2014 (NASDAQ:KLAC)

MILPITAS, Calif., May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share on its common stock payable on June 2, 2014 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 19, 2014.
